Introduction
• Our responsibilities will also grow with us in our life. We will have multiple
works to do as time proceeds. So, Time management is an important aspect in
ones life.

• we will end up working smarter, not harder, to get more done in less time –
even when time is tight and pressures are high.
General Time-Management Tools
These can offer practical solutions to common time-management challenges.
1. Prioritization
• we can achieve more when we start dedicating time to the right things. But
we need to know what those things are.
Eisenhower's Urgent/Important
Principle
• The Principle helps us think about our priorities, and determine which of our
activities are important and which are, essentially, distractions.
2. Scheduling

• we may know what we need to do – but when


should we do it? Timing is everything.

• It pays to get tough tasks done while we are still


feeling fresh

• Find your peak Times and do your important,


urgent and tough tasks at peak times.
3. Goal Setting

• The most successful "time managers" have clear targets to aim for.
• To make sure your goal is clear and reachable, each one should be :

 Specific
 Measurable
 Achievable
 Relevant
 Time bound
4. Concentration and Focus
• It's no good just making the time to pursue your priorities. You have to use
that time well, too.

• Few common Distractions that we need to control in our daily life.


 Stay in control of Social Media
 Limiting online distractions
 Stop others from Distracting you
