Because some main roads have high intersections, instead of placing the building
right on the main roads, moving the building indented and placing the secondary
roads in the middle will reduce the traffic density when arriving at the facility. and
also greatly reduce the noise generated from traffic.

In order to be able to compensate for the noise from traffic to the building, the main parts
of the building are pushed into the center and the appendages are brought out. In
addition, plants are used to suppress the noise. For example:
• Use rows of tall
ornamental plants to

reduce noise but also
beautify buildings.

The paths of the project are closely linked with each other (the auxiliary routes all lead to
the main routes). Not only that, the paths are also linked with traffic roads, creating
beautiful shapes when viewed from above.

Doodle Park
Chongqing (China)
What is a neighborhood intervention?
This is the medium scale type of interventions that take place in the public realm of a city,
related to the altering of a portion of a neighborhood. A type of intervention of such
magnitude and notoriety that impacts not only the immediate surrounding urban
environment, but rather the urban dynamics of a whole neighborhood, becoming an urban
landmark and a local attractor of social interactions in a given neighborhood.
Pegasus Trail is a new milestone in the typology of urban public interventions. The
neighborhood-scale intervention landed in the ever-growing city of Chongqing, the 3rd
largest city of China and one of the Chinese megacities with greatest growth rates in the past
decade.
The main objective of this typology is to trigger a massive public interest to the place
through a strong visual impact, usually of a permanent nature, encouraging the rise of high
public affluence and establishing an urban landmark that can cultivate important human
dynamics and boost commercial activity. The project intends to be a new space-style
company, "an urban toy for the city", a server for all citizens of the city, regardless of their
age.
The landscape acts as an urban attraction, merged with the cityscape, blurring the lines
between the play area and the surrounding city landscape, and exhibiting openness and
accessibility. for everyone.

Multifunctional public spaces are enjoyed by both kids and adults.
The ribbon represents play and action for children, the circular square represents rest, and quiet space
for parents and adults. To make the ribbon eye-catching and stand out from the surrounding
background, it was made with bright and intense yellows, an energetic color that quickly grabbed the
attention of passers-by and can evokes feelings of happiness, full of vitality and optimism.
The project's nighttime effects are attracted by LED light boxes fitted to both the contours of the
