    Technology (CEPT) was established in year
    1962 with the aim of imparting training in
    the multi-disciplinary field of built
    environment, offering various
    undergraduate, post graduate and
    doctoral programs.
    • CEPT has also been accorded the status of
    Scientific and Industrial Research
    Organization by Ministry of Science and
    Technology, Department of Scientific and
    Industrial Research, Govt. of India.
    • In 2005 Centre of Environment Planning
    and Technology became University by act
    of law.
