DEFINITION:
•IT IS A WAY OF DIRECTLY MEASURING VARIABLES AND GATHERING
INFORMATION, ALLOW YOU TO GAIN FIRST-HAND KNOWLEDGE AND
ORIGINAL INSIGHTS INTO YOUR RESEARCH PROBLEM.
•IS THE SYSTEMATIC PROCESS BY WHICH OBSERVATIONS OR
MEASUREMENTES ARE GATHERED IN RESEARCH.
