According to Personality
 The PRAGMATIC and the Theoretical Managers
are job content-oriented and usually become
the planners and thinkers in an organization.
 The process oriented workaholic and carefree
managers who are concerned with how best to
do a job are often the implementers and doers
in the company.
RECONCILER MANAGERS
 Are described as extremely resilient and highly
adaptable persons.

a. Develop and review long- range plans and
strategies
b. Evaluate overall performance of various
departments and ensure cooperation
c. Are involved in the selection of key personnel
d. Consult subordinates and tackle subjects or
problems which are general scope
2. Middle Managers
 Direct the activities of the supervisors and in
some cases , those of the workers.
 The branch managers, project managers, firm
managers , finance manager

 The lowest level of management
 These are the production supervisors, clerical
supervisors, school supervisors, or hospital
supervisors

They supervise workers or employee and
specifically :
a. Make detailed , short range operating plans
b. Review performance of subordinates
c. Supervise day-to-day operations
d. Prepare specific task assignments
e. Maintain close contact with operative
employees

given time for only 2-3mins.
