1. An electronic visa that allows the qualifying people to visit specific regions of
Russia for a limited period of time.
2. The Russian government has introduced an electronic visa scheme to speed
up the application process for visas and help streamline their visa program
for foreign nationals to visit specific regions of the country.
3. This e-Visa service is currently available to nationals of 53 countries who
choose to visit Russia's Far Eastern Federal District, Kaliningrad, Saint
Petersburg, and Leningrad Oblast.
4. The Russian e-Visa will currently be used for a variety of purposes, including
business travel, tourism, and humanitarian aid (in sports, culture, science,
and technology).
5. An accepted E-visa for Russia is a single-entry travel permit that allows you
to remain in the country for up to 8 days. E-visas for Russia are valid for 30
days from the date of acceptance to enter the country.

for Russia, applicants must fill out the
online Russia visa application form with
basic personal, passport, and travel
details, as well as address a few security-
related questions.

● The online visa conditions for St
Petersburg are the same as the e-Visa
requirements for Kaliningrad and the visa
requirements for the Far East.
●The conditions for entering Russia also
specify that holders of an E-visa must exit
the Russian Federation only by checkpoints
on the Russian territories through which
they entered.
● An E-visa for Russia is accepted without
the need for any additional supporting
documentation, such as hotel booking
confirmations or a visitor invitation,
according to Russian visa policy.
● Once accepted, the traveler will receive
an email with a copy of their online visa for
Russia, which they can print. The
authorized E-visa copy can be used to
board Russian-bound transportation and
should be shown to a Russian border
official upon arrival in order to obtain
access to the appropriate territory.
