SAFETY

– Drill rig cannot tram outside geofence if

LINE OF SIGHT OPERATION

 Up to 100 meters distance between operator

station and drill rig
 The operator station can be placed up to 30
meters above the drill rig
 If the network is lost due to distance the drill
rig will shut down for safety reasons
CAMERA SYSTEM

 One video display shows the video feed from

all cameras on the rig
– Pan/zoom/tilt camera controlled from the
operator station
– Reverse camera visible on the operator station
screen
– 2 additional cameras available as option
CLOSED NETWORK

 Atlas Copco provides secured wireless

network communication between operator
station and drill rig
 Not depending on the mines network and
infrastructure
