the front-end and back-end of a program. It is a term mostly
used for those working in web development.

• A full-stack web developer is comfortable working with both

back-end and front-end technologies which make a website or
application function properly.

 PROBLEM STATEMENT

To develop a Gym Management and database management using full stack web
development. This system is proposed to automate database management &
transactions. This stores employee, member, payroll, receipts information. It also
provides the facility for searching the records efficiently & immediately.

 To design and develop a user friendly gym management

 To provide easy to use and efficient computerized system
which eliminate data redundancy and save money and time.

 METHODOLOGY
The Spiral Model:
The spiral model, originally proposed by Boehm, is evolutionary
software process model.

A spiral model is divided into a number of framework activities,

also called task regions:
 Customer communication
 Planning
 Risk analysis
 Engineering
 Construction and release
 Customer evaluation

 SOFTWARE DESCRIPTION
 Figma is a web-based graphics editing and user interface design
app.
 Visual Studio Code, also commonly referred to as VS Code, is
a source-code editor.
 Bootstrap is an HTML, CSS & JS Library that focuses on
simplifying the development of informative web pages.
 Node.js is an open source, cross-platform, backend JavaScript
runtime environment that run JavaScript code on the server.
 XAMPP is one of the widely used cross-platform web servers,
which helps developers to create and test their programs on a
local webserver.

 CONCLUSION

The “GYM MANAGEMENT SYSTEM” is successfully designed

and developed for fulfilling the necessary requirements, such as
the system is user friendly and performs very efficiently. It
eliminates the human error , Fast retrieval of information, Cost is
minimized in case of stationary, Burden of manual work is
reduced.
