 Why is Green Science important?

Green Science is so important because we can

learn how to better treat our planet. Students
will learn about ecosystems, plants, animals,
climate, how to and what living ‘greener’
means, and how our decisions affect the world
around us.
Especially in our society today, we need to
start prioritizing creating a clean and healthy
Earth; it all starts with learning about how we
can make a difference to protect our Earth.

 Behavior:
• Students are expected to follow all
school rules while in class, and
outside during class instruction
• Students will also be expected to
respect the nature when going
outside
• Not ripping plants out of the
ground, stepping on them
purposely, displacing the soil, or
bothering any animals/insects

Supplies:
• Students will need a one subject,
college rule, spiral notebook for
taking notes and writing their
observations
• Pencils, pens, and colored pencils
• Glue sticks and tape
• The rest will be provided in the
classroom
