OBSERVATION AND INSIGHTSObservation is one of the things that

we don while working on theMunicipal Treasurer’s Office. We observed

that the people working on the officewas always on time. At exact
8:00AM, all the employees are doing their assignjob and they were all
busy. One of the things I also observed is that they were allorganized.
From the documents, data, folders, envelopes and other things thatthey
used was arranged accordingly. They can easily find all that things
theyneed and access all the information.
