2. Molasses
3. Plastic container
4. Wooden ladle
5. Disposable gloves
6. Knife and chopping board

PROCEDURE
1.First chop the raw materials
2.Put the chopped raw materials into plastic container.
3.Mix well with molasses.
4.Put plastic screen on the top and stone to compressed the
raw materials mixed to the bottom.
5.Clean the upper inside part of the container.
6.Cover the plastic container then ready for fermentation.
7.Store it in cool shaded place.

DURATION FOR FERMENTATION: 1 WEEK-1MONTH
