A survey was conducted of 220 employees to identify issues and analyze the effectiveness of safety and security measures. The results could help the company understand employee needs and design improved policies. The study was limited to one printing unit and relied on self-reported opinions. Statistical analysis methods like percentage analysis and chi-square tests were used to analyze the data.

Convenient sampling is used as the sampling design tool for collecting data. The data was collected through structured questionnaires and was administered to 120 employees from different categories. The data is analyzed with the help of EXCEL .
