 Objectives
• To find out whether ESI benefits satisfactorily
meet the medical expenses of the employees
working at PR print pack. .
• To find out whether employees are satisfied
with the retirement benefits under provident
fund and gratuity schemes
 Need for study
• This study can identify several positive results that
accrue from a well-designed safety and security
measures of employees in PR print pack sivakasi
• An analysis safety and security measures is an
essential requirement to the design of effective
safety and security measures. The purpose of safety
and security measures analysis is to determine
whether there is a gap between what is required for
effective performance and present level of
performance.
 Scope
• Its cover the entire pr print pack workers
thought about their safety measures in that
company.
• This was very helpful to that head of the
concern to understand their workers
requirements without any issues faced.
 Limitations
• Limitations of the study allow us to know, to
what extent the findings can be generalized. In
our study some of the limitations are
1.The study is limited to some particular unit
printing sector.
2.It is difficult to know whether the
respondents’ opinion is exactly genuine as
people perception may change from time to
time.
 Research methodology
• The present study was conducted at PR print
packs sivakasi. The source of data collection is
primary in nature. Convenient sampling is
used as the sampling design tool for collecting
data. The data was collected through
structured questionnaires and was
administered to 120 employees from different
categories. The data is analyzed with the help
of EXCEL .

 Population
• Total population of this study is 220
employees
 Sample size
• :An important decision that has to be taken in
adopting the sampling techniques is about the
size of the sample. Size of the sample means
the number of sampling units selected from
the population for investigation. It answers
“How many people should be surveyed”.
• 220 people surveyed this project.
 Sampling technique

• NON PROBABILITY SAMPLING: The sampling

technique adopted is non-probability sampling. It is that
sampling procedure which does not afford any basis for
estimating the probability that each item in the population
has of being included in the sample. It is also known by
different names such as deliberate sampling, purposive
sampling and judgement sampling .In this type of
sampling, items for the sample are selected deliberately
by the researcher; his choice concerning the items
remains supreme. The judgment of the organizers of the
study plays an important part in this sampling design.
