Sleep

1. Make time for sleep


2. Watch what you eat and when (eat before 7pm)
3. Limit caffeinated drinks
4. Remove revision materials from bed area
5. Ban your phone from bed and do not use 30 mins before bedtime
6. If thoughts disturb your sleep…keep a notebook by your bed to write thoughts down
before sleep to clear your mind.
7. If you do not fall asleep within 15 minutes, do not stay in bed trying to force
yourself. Get up, leave the bedroom and relax somewhere else until you are feeling
sleepy.
