NEED OF PROJECT
There are unique interactions and relationships which are involved in the
transportation of energy. The energy, once produced and captured, is
distributed throughout the various living organisms. This transfer of energy is
termed as the food web.
While some beginner restaurateurs might think that the menu is just a food
list, savvy people in the industry know that restaurant menu descriptions make
a huge difference.
BRIEF DISCRIPTION
The same paper identified the main categories of restaurant description words
that have an impact on the client’s decision to order those items. The
following factors have the biggest influence for clients selecting a dish:
1.Identifying the food as local;
2. Giving proof that the recipe is made with organic ingredients;
3. Items that promote a sense of place;
4. Explaining the ingredients in the local language;
5. Using sensory words;
6. Including sentimental references.
Think about what makes each dish unique. Write down adjectives focusing on
smell, taste, texture, or the cooking method.
1. Meat can be smoky, spicy, well-done, tender, juicy, lean, or aged.
2. Vegetables can range between fresh, earthy, and zesty.
3. Sauces are sweet, sour, bitter, tangy, rich, or fruity.
