In this unit you are going to discover
some of the values of recreational
activities and the benefits acquired from
them.

The students are tasked to create a Zumba performance together with their family as the
community record a video as vlog and upload to social media to promote physical activities
involving steps of different household chores .
Imposing exercise program together with some nutritional program that could
help members of the community to live in a healthy lifestyle by moderating
physical activities and food intake.
Advocate the participation in physical activities o f the community by encouraging the members of the
community to exercise a healthy lifestyle through holding programs focusing on physical activities such as
sports or dances and embody the right choices of nutrition intake.
