characteristics –
1- No of sheets production.
2- No of sheet rejected.
3- Product properties.

1- No of sheets production – We found variation in quantity of sheets in each lot.

it vary from 92 sheets /lot to 112 sheets/lot.

Points under consideration -

• Dry weight of each core compound is same.
• Wet weight vary 4 ~ 8 Kg.
• Starter and skim weight for each sheet is fixed.
• Core weight is variable ,it vary to cover the required thickness.
• Core storage time for each lot is different.it vary from 0 minutes to 60 hrs.
• Core weight is less at the time of new stock guide and as the stock guide become old,
core weight also increases.
