Wireless router is a device that enables wireless network


forwarding. It serves as an access point in a local area network.
It works like a wired router but replaces wires with wireless radio
signals to communicate within and to external network
environments.

Wireless routers connect to a modem. The internet data come


into the Router from phone lines. The internet data is converted
into radio signals by the Router. A smartphones, a computers,
and a game consoles have a Network Interface Card. The card
translates the radio signals back into internet. The data is broken
down into tiny group or small packages when the device
communicates with the wireless Router.
