Introduction

According to the Oxford dictionary, communication is "the imparting or exchanging of information by speaking,
writing, or using some other medium." 

Communication has evolved throughout history, from Cave paintings to pigeons, fax, newspapers, telephones,
internet and finally cloud communication.
Causes and effects 

 The constant evolution of


communication throughout the ages, through
new and different means have given a path for
innovations to communicate in a much faster and
easier pace.

 The increasing demand of tailor-made requests


have led to the boom in the telecommunication
industry which impacted other industries on a
large scale, example, Education, hospitality,
hospitals, etc.

 Telecommunication is taking the world  by storm


by introducing the world on fingertips, literally.
Conclusion

 Many companies, startups have taken the opportunity to explore the tele and cloud communication platform
as it is an instant mean of communicating.
 Emails, texts, social networking sites, etc are AI(Artificial Intelligence) enabled to give cloud
communication an edge over its former self. 
 Updates and upgrades are made to the same and, it also reduces the cost for the company which generates
high revenue and profit.
 Cloud communication industry is the future of communication and a highly profitable one as well.
