Five Major Sales Processing Activities

Naratives Sales Processing at Anna’s Human Resource Consulting Firm
When Admin receive order from clients, Admin ask the client to fill
registration form. This form to record information from client. After
completing registration form, admin verify client’s data and make sure
that data is complete and reliable.

Admin forward information of client’s to consulting division. Consulting

division determine the consultant and provide consultation service. After
completing consultation, consultation division prepare consultation report
and forward it to Anna.

Payment clerk will receive consultation summary (provide pay rate) from
consultation division. So payment clerk can calculate how much total price
that client’s should be pay by generating invoice. Then payment clerk will
receive payment from customer.

Accounting division record the transaction and post entries to general

ledger every pay period. Accounting division also prepare financial report
and tax report every month and forward to Anna.

Anna reviews, approves and sign consultation report and financial report
for management control. The original report that has ben signed by
Anna’s should be stored.
