Roles and Responsibilities of PMU Department

1. PMU department interacts with various stakeholders like


a. TRUST’s Departments
b. Network Hospitals
c. National Health Authority Team (ABPMJAY Scheme)
d. Director of Treasury & Accounts (DTA) (Employee Health Scheme)
e. IT Service Provider (KPMG), Internet Service Providers (BSNL and APSFL) and
SMS Gateway Service Provider (CDAC)
f. Other Service providers who are supporting AHCT like CFSS, RTGS and Spandana
g. I & PR Department (Working Journalist Scheme)
2. Incident & Problem management of Network Devices, Systems
3. Coordinating with HoD’s and preparing the requirements for new changes &
enhancements in the software application as per the new / changes in the business
requirements.

1. Testing of Applications as per Given Requirements , Find the bugs if any, Deploy on the live
environment and Monitor the Post Deployment Issues if any.
2. Orientation to the Newly Empanelled Hospitals, Newly Recruited Employees in Trust
3. Managing and Monitoring all installed systems and Network infrastructure (Printers,
Projectors, Laptops, Firewall, Network Switches, Biometric devices, EPABX, Reliance (ILL&
MPLS), BSNL (ILL &PRI lines) and cameras.)
a. Diagnosing and fixing problems with the network and its hardware, software and
systems, SPBX -Intercom setup.
b. Design, Plan required IT Infrastructure (Hardware & Software) as and when required.
c. Procurement of IT Assets.
4. File Processing through e-Office for Administration Approval and Sanctions.
5. Other Tasks assigned by the CEO, Dr YSR Aarogyasri Health Care Trust.
