Overall Parameters
What did you like the most?
 Well designed as per IPMA requirements.
 Faculty was experienced & communicable, took efforts to help us
understand the concepts
 Well organized sessions - “Keep it Up”
 Each & every session was good - right from conceptualization to actual
implementation of training.
 Almost all the relevant topics were covered in shortest possible time.
 The sessions were crisp, to the point , at the same time covered all the
aspects of P.M.
 Overall IPMA level D syllabus got covered in 3 days with expert’s lectures,
which will really be helpful in exams.
 Presentations & calibre of trainers were really good.
 The explanations on numericals were very helpful
Improvement Opportunities
 After each session there should be a small test to check
understanding & give feel of questions usually asked in exams.
 Please provide solutions for sample question papers.
 Can schedule concept heavy topics in the morning.
 Can arrange one session by those who took the exam recently so
we get better idea of exam conditions & preparation.
 May be put on ATL.
 Request some more practice for numericals.
 Arrange at least one mock test before actual test
 Please reuse Sample Question Papers by calling them back from
participants (after exams).
