What is a Coiled Tubing Completion

A wellbore configuration in which production is

taken through or around a non-jointed tubing
string. This configuration could be as simple as
a 1.0’’ coiled tubing string installed inside of 2-
3/8” tubing for production of the well in the
annulus of the 1.0” and 2-3/8’. A more complex
configuration could be a 3-1/2” coiled tubing
completion with screen, packer, landing nipples,
side pocket gas lift mandrels, subsurface safety
valve, etc...
