 History of the SFS Group

• The SFS Group is a product of a Management Buy-out of Skye Financial Services Limited in 2011, which
operated as the investment banking and investment management subsidiary of Skye Bank Plc.

• The change began as a result of the mandate/directive by the Central Bank of Nigeria’s (“CBN”) instructing all
Nigerian banks to sell off their non-banking subsidiaries.

• Skye Bank Plc offered its 100% stake in Skye Financial Services Limited to interested investors. After a
thorough and transparent process, The divestment eventually cumulated in the sale of Skye Financial Services
Limited to an entity formed by its existing management.

• SFS Capital specialises in Managing
- Naira and Foreign Currency US$ based Fixed Income investments
- For Retail/Individuals, Institutional and High Net-worth clients.

• SFS Capital only invest in ‘AAA” securities. Some of these investments include:
- Federal Government of Nigeria (“FGN”) Bonds/Treasury Bills;
- US$ Eurobonds;
- State Government Bonds.
- Corporate Bonds and Commercial Papers.

• SFS Capital has Fixed Income & Equity Funds Under Management & Advisory (AUM) in excess of N120

What is The SFS Fixed Income Fund?
• The SFS Fixed Income Fund is a Double AA rated and carefully designed
Savings/Financial Planning product. SFS Fixed Income Fund has a target to
ensure that investors get a minimum rate of return (currently in excess of 8.55%
p.a.) in addition to the Fixed principal. The Fund managers will achieve this by
investing exclusively in the following:
• FGN Backed Instruments: FGN Bonds and Treasury Bills (Triple A Rated, FGN
Guaranteed)
• Blue Chip corporates (Minimum ‘A’ rating): Commercial Papers & Bank
Placements
 HOW IT WORKS

• The Fund is formed by pooling funds of several individual and corporate investors
which gives the Fund greater “bargaining power” to obtain higher levels of
interest rates when investing.
• The minimum initial amount that can be invested is N10,000.00 and multiples
N10,000.00 thereafter.
• Redemption is carried out on completion of a redemption form.

• Investors willing to make a one-off investment may simply attach a cheque
or do an electronic bank transfer to “Skye Trustees/SFS Fixed Income Fund”
account with Skye Bank PLC , Account No. 1771351912 then submit the
Application Form only. All electronic transfers should include full details of
the subscriber.
