• In mercedes we can find three type of leadership
1. Democratic leadership : allows team members to pitch in when
making decision, before leader makes the final call, each team
member provides their input and has equal say in different issue
2. Transformational leadership: always aiming to improve on the status
by inspiring and motivating their team.
3. Coaching-style leadership:  this leader may create a team where
each employee has a specific skill or expertise in something
different, building a highly skilled

• Mangers in mercedes try to creat work – life balance, by doing flexible
time
