AUDITING WORK IN 16000 SQ FT RESIDENTIAL BUNGALOW AT BANGALORE

Act as an overall in-charge of the project, and

Review the engineering design, architectural works, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, Painting, All BoQs,
 Monitor the construction activities in close coordination with the Client’s appointed PMC and
Engineering Consultants
Review the technical specifications and material purchase requisitions
Review and maintain the schedule and progress of the construction works
Negotiate with the vendors and suppliers in accordance with the approved technical specifications
and BoQs
Any other assignments as directed by Client

 Our Role for the Proposed Project:

 We can provide Architectural design, Structural design, Site execution and supervision
for the entire proposed project.

We can be providing suitable theme for the proposed project according to its location.

We can provide our service as PMC in the proposed project.

We can also Negotiate with the vendors and suppliers in accordance with the approved
technical specifications and BoQs.

We can provide the technical specifications and material purchase requisitions as required
for the proposed project.

We can also maintain the schedule and progress of the construction works.

Any other assignments as required for the proposed project.
