• I’ve been living in this flat since 1994 but the building was
built in 1903, so many people have lived there over the
years, a total of 23,523. It was built for £690.61 but now it is
worth £619,013. The only problem is that it’s a very cold
area, it can reach -69˚F and the wind can blow as fast as
122mph. So the house can get very cold, its 119m2. Now I’m
looking to sell my flat and I’m going to buy a new one. This
