The region lying near the foot hills of Himalayas receive heavy rainfall whereas the region lying at a distant from the hills, the rainfall is scanty and the temperature is high. Punjab Climate comprises of three seasons. ANDHRA PRADESH :- The climate of Andhra Pradesh is generally hot and humid. The summer season in this state generally extends from March to June. ... In summer, the temperature generally ranges between 20 °C and 40 °C. At certain places the temperature is as high as 45 degrees on a summer day. VEGETATION Punjab :- The plains in the state of Punjab do not have any thick forests, the only available patches are of grass, small bush and shrubs. In the southern east part of state of Punjab and the areas of Hoshiarpur and Multan, the delicious mango fruit is grown. Andhra pradesh :- The total forest cover of Andhra Pradesh is 22,862 km2. The Eastern Ghats region is home to dense tropical forests, while the vegetation becomes sparse as the Ghats give way to the Deccan Plateau, where shrub vegetation is more common. Punjab :- wildlife The unique eco –system of the Shivaliks is spread over a geographical area of 9448.97 sq.km,and lies in the northern- eastern part of the state extending from north west to south- east along the Himachal Pradesh border. It is spread across the eastern parts of the districts of Gurdaspur,Hoshiarpur,Shadeed Bhagat Singh Nagar and Rup agar. It is now discovered that it was home to the Paleolithic man.There are more than 70 species of trees,19 species of mammals and 396 species of birds here. Some of the fruit trees that grow well here are apple, peach, fig, mulberry, apricot, almond, plums, oranges and pomegranate. There are many varieties of snakes, wild boar, squirrels, hog deer and mongoose. Andhra pradesh :- Wildlife Tours in Andhra Pradesh is very popular among tourists. Wildlife in Andhra Pradesh includes rare varieties of animals and birds. There are many wildlife and bird sanctuaries in Andhra Pradesh. The deciduous forest, the mangrove belt and the green coastal belt offers natural habitat to different kinds of animals. Some of the animals found in the region are Spotted Deer, Wild Boar, Sloth Bear, Gaur, Panther, Tiger and Jackal Muntjack. Occupational Punjab:- structure The main occupation of the punjabi people is farming as well transportation. Live-stock and poultry are also raised in large numbers. Industries with the largest number of workers include cotton, woollen and silk textiles, metal products and machinery, food and beverages, and transport equipment and parts. Agriculture is biggest contributor to gross state domestic products and cultivate commonly in the major season by every year and their GSDP factor is up to 28.13%. Andhra pradesh :- Agriculture has been the main source of income and main occupation for the state with 60% of population engaged in agriculture and related activities.
