 ABSTRACT

The Plotter machine is a machine which is used to make 2-D drawings. In this
machine the drawings are done automatically when we apply the command.
The complex drawings can be made very easily with the help of plotter
machine.

This machine Is also called mini CNC machine as the machine works such as
the CNC machine . Drawings or designs can be made easily on metal sheets ,
wooden sheets, etc.

 INTRODUCTION

As we have seen there are many complications in making the 2-D drawings with the
hand work so we have introduced a new way of it drawing the 2-D’s with plotter
machine.We have observed in many indudries the 2-DdrawIngs are made with the
hands of a skilled person and it takes time and accuracy to make that drawing. And if
there is so minor mistake in the drawing then the whole work will be disturbed. The
plotter machine makes the work easy for us as it does not require skillfull person.

The plotter machine will help us to create the complex drawings easily. We have to just
adjust the command and then apply to the machine. The machine will automatically
print the given drawing. So it will become easy to make the drawings.
Chapter-2 AEIOU CANVAS

AEIOU is an investigative tool to help interpret observations gathered by

ethnographic practices in the field.

As we have observed there are many complications in

making the 2-D drawings so we decided to make a machine
which can be used as mini CNC machine and can make the
drawings.

So we tried to invent a machine which can make drawings

very easily.
(2.2) ENVIRONMENT

Environment include the entire area where activities take

place and atmosphere and environment effects.

The plotter machine is almost pollution free and do not make

any loud noise so there is less pollution.

7. Prototype
Figure shows prototype of our project
The first step in using a plotter is to enter the appropriate
coordinates for where you want the image to appear on the
paper.

Once the schematics for the image are complete, the

computer downloads the coordinates to the plotter, which
interprets the code and calculates the most efficient path for
the pen and paper.
A plotter pen is usually a hollow fiber rod with a sharpened end.
The ink supply runs through the center of the rod and
dispenses through the sharpened tip. The paper moves
horizontally and vertically against the pen until the drawing is
complete.

8. Mind mapping
• Firstly we thought of a 3-D printing machine but then
we thought the 3-D printing machine can make the
3-D objects so we decided to make a new machine
which can work as CNC machine.
• As we call it mini CNC machine , it is used to make
designs in various metal sheets , wooden sheets ,
plastics ,etc.
