requires the use of one's entire body to move
through water.

• FREESTYLE (THE CRAWL)

- a stroke in swimming in a prone position

- the sidestroke is considered the least tiring. You
can lie on either side of your body while on the
water. Use the “scissors kick” for your leg is moved
in front of the other.

using the dolphin kick and bringing the arms
forward over the water in a simultaneous manner.

which both hands move simultaneously forward
and outward from in front of the chest while the
legs move in a frog kick.
