INTRODUCTION
Fruits and vegetables are essential foods
for our health and well-being, especially
for their contribution of fiber, vitamins,
minerals and non-nutrient substances
with antioxidant action, in addition to
having Phytonutrients that can offer
protection against degenerative diseases,
contributing to less total mortality and a
higher life expectancy and quality of life.
