HABITAD: THE LARGEST DISTRIBUTION OF THE

CHEETAH IS IN AFRICA AND WESTERN ASIA,
THERE IS EVEN A SMALL POPULATION OF THIS
FELINE IN IRAN. IT HANDLES COMFORTABLY IN
LARGE, OPEN TERRAIN SUCH AS GRASSLANDS
AND SAVANNAHS.
 FOOD:
THE CHEETAH IS A CARNIVOROUS ANIMAL THAT
FEEDS ON A VARIETY OF ANIMALS. ALTHOUGH IT
TENDS TO PREFER SMALL PREY, SOME OF ITS MOST
COMMON PREY INCLUDE ANTELOPE, GAZELLE, ZEBRA,
AND WILDEBEEST.
