Based on the experiences shared by the
participants during the interview, it was found
out that they are having different satisfaction
levels on the implementation of flexible
learning, self-realization, needing to socialize,
applying Filipino values and negative
emotions.

Challenges Communication
The participants also shared their insights as products
of experiencing flexible learning. They said that they
view flexible learning as a chance to make decision and
learn time management. They also viewed flexible
learning as a source of opportunities despite the
problems and challenges. They were also able to
realize their need to communicate with their friends
and that they need to be guided by their professors.
