Chartered Accountancy (CA)

 You need either an accounting degree or a Professional Diploma in Accounting.

 To become company secretary you have to give exam called CSEET

Cost and Management Accountant (CMA)

 The CMA credential has specific education and work experience requirements.
 Course duration 3-4yrs
 You must also earn a passing score on the CMA certification exam(Jun & Dec).
 Obtain a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or economics.
 The Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) dictates the requirements for
CMAs.

 Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA),
 This is a postgraduate professional certification offered internationally by the American-based
CFA Institute (formerly the Association for Investment Management and Research, or AIMR) to
investment and financial professionals.
 requirements:
 Have obtained a bachelor's degree, or be in the final year of a bachelor's degree program. Pass all
three levels of the CFA program (mastery of the current CFA curriculum and passing three
examinations)
 Have 4,000 hours in minimum 3 years of qualified work experience acceptable by the CFA Institute
 Have two or three letters of reference
 Become a member of the CFA Institute
 Due to the timing of the exams, completing all three levels of the CFA is possible within two years,
