Discussion:
This part will the discuss the objective view which will talk
about the content and form. This part will also discuss the
subjective view specifically the concluding the meeting and
the follow-up and lastly the written skills and how to
improve your skills.
CONTENT
This term refers, of course , to the factual presentation - what is
actually being said and whether or not is reliable . The overview
of the situation is a must be firmly grasped and then noted. In
addition, it would seem that the following items are valuable in
evaluating information
FORM
By form I mean the “how, when, and why” of the information.
Words take on different meanings when differentiated along
these lines. Form can be subdivided into verbal (what is heard)
and into nonverbal (what is observed) content. Nonverbal
expressions are the purest kind of information transmitted, since
they are the most difficult to mask or disguise.
SUBJECTIVE VIEW
In evaluating information from subjective point of view, the
interviewer is attempting primarily to assess feelings and
attitudes. It is often argued that these intangibles have no
obvious place in an interview that takes place in a business
environment.
FOLLOW-UP
According to studies that general failing of interviewers is their
inability to document just what occurred in a talk . This
impatience many cases is merely behavior from self-satisfying
need to prove themselves that they are busy. Adequate notation
is a significant event , impressions and agreed information . By
documenting a series of events if merely left to the fragile
human memory , may fuse into meaningless and disconnected
scenes of human happenings.
Another benefits of effective documentation is the opportunity
to reflect on a previous event , by reviewing and considering
information discover errors and flaws technique and improve
his approach. But of all types of self-learning is most valuable
and there is a moral in the story.
CONCLUDING THE MEETING
Concluding the meeting The final 10% of the interview is

strategy at work; write a grant application or press release within a
volunteering role; or may fancy communicating your ideas online
via a blog. And, of course, a well-written CV or resume with the
spelling of grammatical mistakes is essential if you want a new job

punctuation and spelling are the key in written communications.
The reader will form an opinion of you, the author, based on
both the content and presentation, and errors are likely to lead
them to form a negative impression. If you are unconvinced
about the importance of accurate writing, think of the clues we
use to identify spam emails, "phishing" websites, and
counterfeit products poor grammar and spelling.
Similarly, some employers state publicly that any CV or resume
containing spelling or grammatical mistakes will be rejected
immediately, whilst a BBC news article qoutes research that
calculates spelling mistakes cost online businesses "millions" in
lost sales.
All written communications should therefore be re-read before
sending to print, or hitting the send button in the case of emails,
as it is likely that there will be errors.
Do not assume that spelling and grammar checkers will identify
all the mistakes as many incorrect words can indeed be spelt
correctly (for example, when "there" or "principle " instead of
"principal") or entire words may be missing.
If at all possible, take a break before re-reading and checking
your writing, as you are more likely to notice problem when you
read it fresh. Eve if you know spelling and grammar rules you
should still double-check your work or, even better, have it
proof -read by somebody else. Our brains work faster than our
fingers can type and accidental typographical errors (typos)
inevitably creep in.
