A Basis for Training Program

 Ten out of 810 teachers (1.23%), Five (0.62%)
 It can be inferred that majority of the elementary
teachers were naïve to carry out an action research.

Somewhat Agree
 No significant relationship between teachers’ demographic

profile (age, gender and educational attainment) and level of

attitude towards action research.

 Teaching Experience appeared to be significantly related to

research usefulness and positive attitude.

 Teaching position was significantly related to research

usefulness, difficulty, positive attitude and relevance to life

except for research anxiety.

Participants “Agree” on Research
Usefulness, “Somewhat Agree” on Research
Anxiety and Difficulty.
Teaching Experience was significantly

Attitude
Teaching Position was NOT statistically
significant with Research Anxiety.

Advocacy
Numerous dissemination tools are available to disseminate
research findings which researchers can utilize. Each instrument has
strengths and weaknesses in disseminating results to concerned
individuals or groups in the field of education and therefore by using
more than one, the tools complement one another to produce a
strong, complete and effective dissemination strategy. Keeping this in
mind, the researchers plan to request for a RESEARCH CONFERENCE
OR FORUM wherein research outcomes will be presented thus it
increases the chances of uptake and action from fellow workers in the
academe. Another is to UPLOAD RESEARCH RESULTS IN THE WEBSITE
OF THE DIVISION OF MABALACAT CITY. It is hoped that the findings of
this study will not remain in the pages of the manuscripts but it will
reach key audiences.
