WHY PLANNING IS IMPORTANT?
• Planning in organization or business is essential
to success.
• When an organization or company has a planning
process and that planning process has a plan to
follow, leaders are better equipped to prepare for
the future.

uniting employees toward common goals.

PLANNING IN MANANGEMENT
• Planning is the primary function of
management. It is the methodology by which
certain objectives are identified and strategy
