In many countries postal saving have long enable provision of financial services to all segments, mainly to rural community and the
urban to mobilize saving for asset in development. The postal department aims in promoting the saving habit among the common public.

SWOT ANALYSIS

 STRENGTHS

 HDFC Bank operates in 1,174 urban zoned throughout India, with over 800 locations to service customers through
telephone banking.
 While compare to private banks, HDFC Bank has a high level of customer connection

 HDFC has a low damaging intensity and is most likely the strongest operating place in the private cash based district.

 WEAKNESSES

 HDFC bank doesn't have strong proximity in rural regions, whereas ICICI bank is prompt rival is developing in country
showcase.
 HDFC can't value starting transporter advantage in a long time. State people are tough conflicting to the extent
banking organization.

 THREATS

 NPA at HDFC bank increased from 0.18% to 0.20%. and if it's a little difference, it's not a positive indication for the
bank's financial wellbeing.
 In India, non-banking finance firms and new banks are having an increasing influence.

 The HDFC bank cannot afford to gain a larger share of the market because ICICI poses a big challenge and risk.

 Government banks are attempting to modernize in order to cope with private sector banks.

 RBI has opened up nearly 74%  of the Indian economy to international banks.

 The administration banks are attempting to update rival confidential banks.

FINDINGS

According to report 67 % of employees got information through internet, 21% of employees got information through Ads.

From the study I found that 38% of employees prefer to invest in long term investment, 25% of employees in medium and 18% of

employees invest in short term.

From the study I found that 42% responses 10% of return in investment, 23% expecting for 15% return, and 12% expecting for

20% return.

From the study I found that 39% of responded for return is the main objective, 25% of responded for safety & liquidity and 11%

responded for low risk.


SUGGESTIONS

 Customers attention would shift to higher-yielding investments.

 Customers should structure their financial portfolio so that their return minimized or increased.

 Employees should weight other factors such as their portfolio, growth rate, and so on before structuring their portfolio.

 Price movements in the market can be evaluated so that sufficient investments can be made.

 Customers should invest in both short term and long term stocks to increase the yield on their portfolio.

 Employees would be able to get further feedback from the company, allowing them to make more informed financial
decisions.
