OGL Guide Issues

OGL Daily usage issues :

 Translation of guides : If new steps are added or old steps are modified in guide and when executed in the

environment , no changes are observed in the foreign language.

Solution : Need to do machine translation and also change the text manually if the text is not according to the

customer requirement.

 Screen Resolution issue : The guides are perfect according to standard resolution but when on site PM reviews the

guide , it creates the issue as some of the fields overlaps with the guide tip.

Solution : Connect to PM via zoom and solve the issue by fixing the tip position according to customer’s screen

resolution.

How I solve it ?

 Reselection issue : Reselection of guide works fine from developer side but when on site PM reviews

the guide, the reselection doesn't work.

Solution : Try to change the selector ID and if still it doesn't work , delete and recreate the step and send

the guide for translation.
