The Standard for Project Management
According to PMBOK (2021), “The standard for Project Management provides a
basis for understanding project management and how it enables project outcomes.
The standard applies regardless of industry, location, size or delivery approach.”

used for predictive (traditional) or adaptive (agile) projects, or hybrid
(combination) projects.

• How will the project be governed?

• What will the project environment be like?
• What is the relationship between the project and the product?
