FB ENGINEERING POST LOCKDOWN START UP PLAN .

Covid-19 is a communicable disease. It is easily spread from one person to the other. FB Engineering directors , managers and personnel
must do what is necessary to contain the spread of the Corona Virus within the working space and community at large. All we need are
plans to monitor and contain the spread of COVID-19. Everyone in FB Engineering has a part to play in the fight against COVID-19.

SELF DECLARATIONS BY
EMPLOYEES.
Soon we will resume our tasks on Site. Screening of Employees
and personnel is very critical in the fight against COVID– 19.
Mandatory screening then plays an important role.

Our personnel will be given self declaration form. They will fill
the required sections, and hand them back to the S.H.E Officer.
This will be done on a daily basis. Records are kept by the S.H.E
Officer.

Individuals with symptoms of corona will be referred to the mine

hospital for testing and screening. We will follow instructions
given by health officials at the mine.

We will have interviews, to collect data about employees

interaction with their communities during lock down period. We
will get statistics on:
i. Where have they been during lock down?
ii. Did they come in contact with a relative, neighbor or family
member who tested positive during lock down period.?
iii. Did they visit areas affected by covid during lock down
period?
iv. Any symptoms of covid-19 virus?
