1. What are the skills need to focus?
Some of the athletes here in Philippines are lacking of experience and
exposure in different events however there are called to participate in
a event just for the sake of having participants. These skills need a will
take place during in an event.

1. Team work
2. Leadership
3. Time Management
4. Competition and Sportsmanship
5. Commitment
2. Why skills needs to develop?
Basically Skills need a lot of time to exercise sometimes listening is
much harder than to talking and you will find that most people
talk. Team sports and Individual sports develop vital skills in
Teamwork , leadership , time management , commitment,
competition and sportsmanship the ability to feedback and adjust
the needs around them and a appreciation of the benefits in
collaboration.
3. How the Trainer/coach will handle the certain issue ?

People who work in sports or sports related careers about

how they got their current positions, what their work
entailed and most importantly what skills they needed to
be effective in their roles. When working in sports the
most important thing is being able to develop and
maintain relationships because one you have a relation
you can start to gain trust of the other people.
 Creating
• The arrangement of ideas and collected data’s incorporating into PowerPoint
Presentation.

Sharing
• Presentation of data’s , readings and documents and argued by the other for a
concrete outcome using the power point presentation.

Evaluating
• This is the stage which comes addresses my lacking studies which will really help
for the progress of my studies.
 Reflection
• Every task is very important past and present studies should be keep
on , most specially the proper foundation or basics in research and
studies and availability of resources laptop, internet connection and
books as well.
