  Just today I received my log in credentials .
 When I logged into the Cogno AI chat bot it was something
new for me .
 I was thrilled by the whole interface ,it was a totally new
MY experience for me . I just loved it !

IMPRESSIOS  I cretaed a bot of my own with some customisations such as

naming it as 'Baymaxx’ and giving its own identity.
NS  I created it as Kotak 811 savings account Chat Bot and put
some commonly asked 'FAQ’ . I further checked it asking
certain questions to ensure its functionality.
 I changed the Theme of the bot as well to a bluish tint.
