the construction aspect?

 Values Engineering is important in construction aspect because it is

valuable in identifying early-on problems where the construction
project are and areas for improvement. For example when determining
the construction site of a certain project, through values engineering it
can choose right location or a location that have a less potential of soil
erosion. And for areas of improvement we can use team approach like
in the planning stage wherein every party can communicate their
concerns, ideas, issues, and allowing for the right materials, resources,
budget, and schedule.
