1. DAY EVENT- CODE SANTA

2. EVENING EVENT- A NOT SO SILENT NIGHT
TIMINGS – 4-8
CODE SANTA

It is a day event which will include game


stalls, food stalls, picture booth, seminar,
various marketing competitions
Speakers will be from the field of marketing.
We will reach out companies for sponsorship
and those willing can set up a stall in the event
to promote themselves and small businesses
can be used to supply all the material required
which will also benefit us and them.
A NOT SO SILENT NIGHT

This is an evening event which will


include food, live music, DJ and students
performances for the Christmas event.
The dress code will be red and white.
PRICE OF THE EVENT
The price for entry in day event is Rs 150 for VIPS students and further
different food stalls, games will have there separate prices. For outside
VIPS students it is Rs 200
For the evening event the entry will be for Rs 750 for VIPS students and
further different food stalls will have their separate prices. For outside VIPS
students it is Rs 850
Entry for both the events combined will be Rs 850 and for outside VIPS
students it will be Rs 1000.
CODE SANTA
• Competitions- There will be various competitions as listed below
1. Dance competition- Christmas songs
2. Music competition- Christmas carols
3. Skit competition- Christmas related
4. Wolf of the wall street- A competition to showcase your marketing skills. A product will be
given to you and you need to sell it to the audience on the spot and there will be biding on
that item on the basis of the skill the person with the highest bid will win the competition.
5. Digital marketing competition

• Seminar- the seminar will be held in the auditorium where there will be professors of different
colleges and alumnis who are in the field of marketing to share their thoughts on marketing.
• Food stalls- there will be multiple food stalls. Students can volunteer for that and they can also
bring some small business who bake in order to add some festive options in the food stalls.
Challenges can be held on a few food stalls like ginger bread house making and many others.
• Game stalls- there will be various game stalls which the students will volunteer and set
according to there wish it will include a few generic games and few of them will be related to
marketing.
• Photo booth- there will also be a photo booth Christmas themed
A NOT SO SILENT NIGHT
• Live music will be there along some dance performances by the dance
society of the college.
• Then there will be DJ for students
• There will be food stalls for students where small catering companies can
be hired
EVENTS
11 am- Entry will start
11:30- 1pm- singing event in auditorium
11:30- 1pm- dance event in main lawn
11:30- 1pm- skit event in 203 class
1:30- 2:30pm- seminar in auditorium
2:45- 4pm- wolf of the wall street in auditorium
4pm- entry for evening event
4:15- 6- live music and performance
6- 8pm - DJ
BUDGET(estimated)
• Decorations- Rs 20,000
• Dj and live music- 15,000
• Food stalls and all other stalls- 7,000
• Estimated students 700 pass per student- day event 150 evening event 750
• Photographer- 5,000
• Misscellaneous expenses- 7,000
Most of the expense will be covered by the amount collected from the students and a part
of profit from food stalls
