those in need through capital markets.
Banks and investors are common
suppliers, whereas enterprises,
governments, and people are frequently
the recipients of capital.

The goal of capital markets is to increase

transactional efficiency. These markets bring
providers and people seeking money together
and provide a venue for them to trade
securities. New securities are issued and sold
in primary capital markets. The secondary
market is where investors exchange
previously issued securities. ilities.
Primary Market

The primary capital market is when a

corporation sells new stocks or bonds for
the first time, such as through an initial
public offering (IPO). The new issues
market is another name for this sector.
When investors buy securities on the
primary capital market, the company that
sells them employs an underwriting firm
to assess them and develop a prospectus
that outlines the pricing and other features
of the securities to be sold.
On the primary market, all problems are
subject to tight control. Companies must
submit statements with the Securities and
Exchange Commission (SEC) and
other securities regulators before going
public, and they must wait for their filings
to be authorised
Secondary Market

The secondary market, on the other hand, such platforms. People trade over

The secondary market is not accessible to

The auction and dealer markets are two
separate types of secondary marketplaces.
The open outcry method, in which buyers

proclaim the prices at which they are
prepared to purchase and sell their
securities, is found in the auction market.

METHODOLOGY
Candidates were expected to give an
interview before joining the firm, during
which the organization's human resources
posed questions on financial markets.
Following that, a group meeting with
possible applicants was held, and following
that, I was onboarded into the organisation.
The internship began on December 11th,
2021, and for the first six days, all of the
articles received instruction to learn the
fundamental concepts of insurance,
investing mutual funds and stockbroking

During the training session, we learn about

the products that our firm offers, such as
mutual funds, investment, and
stockbroking, so that we can quickly
respond to customer questions and make
product recommendations.

After the training session has over, our

major duty will be to produce leads of
clients who will be pitched to buy our
goods and services in future. After ten
January, I was able to open 11 Demat
Accounts for Trading
Project/Training Description
We went over the fundamentals of the
financial market on the first day, first
comprehending the concept of "share
market functioning" in layman's terms.
In the stock market, market players
might bargain to overprice and
perform transactions. Following that,
we were given a professional
definition.
We also learnt about the many sorts of
deals that occur in the primary and
secondary markets, as well as the
individuals that operate in them.
We used to give tests after each lecture to
assess what we had learnt so far. When we
first learned about markets, we read about
currencies and fixed income.
Currency "Currency, especially circulating
banknotes and coins, refers to any sort of
money that is used or circulated as a means
of trade. Money, in a broader sense, is a
widely utilised monetary system,
particularly among the inhabitants of a
country." Other currencies, such as the
dollar in the United States, the euro in
Europe, the JPY in Japan, and so on, were
also investigated. We also learned how to
convert one currency into another. After
that, we looked at fixed income and its
many sources. This comprises government
bonds and bills, corporate bonds, certificates
of deposit, and other financial instruments,
as well as the interest rates and advantages
and downsides they give. After that, we
looked at fixed income and its many sources.
This comprises government bonds and bills,
corporate bonds, certificates of deposit, and
other financial instruments, as well as the
interest rates and advantages and downsides
they give.
The second day began with an understanding
of the definition of "business" as defined by the
Companies Act of 2013. The meaning of the
company and its forms were covered
throughout this training. Examples of such
forms are:
It's a one-person business.
Under the Partnership Act of 1932, there are
many types of partnership enterprises.
Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) is a limited-
responsibility partnership with unlimited
liability.
Corporations come in a variety of shapes and
sizes.
And how can we tell the difference? In order to
form a business and issue shares, processes
and
documentation must be submitted with the
registrar of companies.

The preceding section explained how and when
a corporation must be wound up.
We also spoke about the many types
of prospectuses.

Financial Market Operations and Financial

Market Regulators were two other items on the
table for debate. Regulatory bodies are created by
governments or other organisations to oversee the
functioning and fairness of financial markets and
the businesses that operate in them.

The goal of regulation is to protect consumers and

clients from fraud, maintain markets functioning
and transparent, and guarantee that customers
and clients are served quickly. The following are
some of the regulators in the Indian financial
market:

Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI)

Reserve Bank of India (RBI)
Insurance Regulatory and Development
Authority of India (IRDAI) Insolvency and
Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) (IRDAI)
The third day of classes began with a
rapid overview of capital market
foundations and instruments,
followed by a definition of economics
and a brief overview of macro and
microeconomics. We also spoke about
Adam Smith's economic theory
throughout this session. Later on, we
went through macroeconomics,
which is the study of the entire
economy. Because we need to
investigate the influence of market
developments on a macro basis
towards the end of the session, the
session only covered macroeconomics
briefly.

After then, a new chapter begins, which is pretty

intriguing because it is about basic analysis. It's a
method for calculating a stock's intrinsic value.
Accounting data, external circumstances, events,
and industry trends are all taken into
consideration. This form of research aids you in
discovering the organization's most important
traits and analysing its genuine value while
taking macro and microeconomic factors into
account.
Our Human Resources department head closed the
day with a Q&A session on the topic to see how
much knowledge we had gathered, followed by an
evaluation exam.
The following are the most common users of
fundamental analysis:
Financial Advisors Long-Term Investors Value
Investors Fund Managers
The last day of training began with a
definition of derivative instruments, which
are financial items whose value is determined
by the value of another asset. The following
are some examples of financial derivatives:
Options
Warrants
Forward contracts are contracts that are made
in advance.
Futures and currency trading
Swaps of interest rates
The stock data for financial derivatives
is separated into assets and liabilities.
The
resource pool is the total number of
derivative contracts with a favourable
market price,
whereas the debts stock is the entire number
of financial derivatives with a negative
market
value. After discussing this concept, we went
on to the following topic, Technical Analysis;
but, before doing so, an evaluation exam was
given, as has been customary since the first
day. This technical analysis is a useful method
for
forecasting price changes in the stock
market utilising historical data, such as
price and
volume. We also studied what makes a
market bearish or bullish, as well as how to
track it
using the number of lows and highs. Our
final day of training has come to an end.
Experience –

Doing my internship in B s c h o o l B u l l s gave

me the opportunity to know how corporate life works.

I learned a lot about the financial market which I don't

know previously about Trading , Stocks, Buy & Sell of

Shares Demat Accouts.

We used to have two meetings every day, one at the

start of the day and one at the conclusion. We were

informed in the morning by our departmental HR

manager and head about the workings and objectives

that we needed to complete on that specific day. The

conclusion was followed by any sorts of challenges we

had while fulfilling our day's aims.

Our primary task was to generate leads for the

organisation that would later become clients.
