 DIALY ROUTINE
Usually, I wake up at around 4:30 a.m. and immediately start
my habit-stacking routine, which includes the following tasks:

Make my bed
Wash my face
Drink a pint of lemon water
Prepare and drinking a nutritious smoothie
Review my goals
Write down two to four important tasks for the day

 Around 5:00 a.m., I go for a walk.
And I do exercise while listen to a
variety of music. I usually do
exercise in 1 Hour.
6:00 a.m. to a 7:00 a.m., I take a
shower and I clean my teeth. Then

Normally, I have lunch in my office. I often have a
sandwich and a piece of fruit. Sometimes I have a
chocolate bar, too! After work, I go shopping for
food and things for the house. I get home before
half past seven. I rest a bit, and then I do some
housework. At about nine I cook dinner for me.

I usually have dinner at half past nine. After that, I

watch TV or I read a book. I usually go to sleep in
front of the TV set or the book! I'm very tired!

I Brush my teeth and I always go to sleep at 10:30
