 Key Issues

• Zero Liquid Discharge facility after existing effluent treatment plant and other
compliance beyond developers scope as per concessionaire document to be ensured
by SIDCUL

• Status: CETP is ready to commission and is on hold due to non availability of

effluent as entrepreneurs are not entering into membership agreement.

• Action Required: SIDCUL to convince the entrepreneurs to register themselves as

member and pay security deposit to Ramky as envisaged

• SIDCUL must ensure that developer should get his share revenue as envisaged in
concessionaire document i.e, Rs.2250000/- (62.5% of Rs.3600000/-)

• SIDCUL must serve notice to all entrepreneurs to install flow meter as their
premises to measure effluent-flow and to get the effluent tested from a recognized
laboratory as envisaged in concessionaire document in order to determine the tariff
rate accordingly.

• Continuous follow up with SIDCUL to impress upon entrepreneurs for membership

agreement.

• Format of membership agreement to be made available to SIDCUL.

• To conclude contract with SIDCUL to lay 50m of 400dia HDPE pipeline from
CETP to nearest water stream and execute it immediately.

• To impress upon SIDCUL and secure contract for ZLD.

• To depute one commercial staff for coordination with SIDCUL and Entrepreneurs
on day to day basis.

• Because CFO is issued for three months w.e.f .1st Sept- 09 so we should churn out
everything and see to it that CETP become operational by end of October- 09, if
everything mentioned above is in place, otherwise we should go for suitable course
of action as per agreement against SIDCUL.
