(A). Introductions.
I had completed two years in the Goldshield and start the second wellbeing centre at Ahmedabad after Mumbai. From the month of February 2007 many associates joined the company and taken the responsibility to completed the civil work and start the centre as soon as.

The centre was soft launched on 25/05/2007 Friday under the guidance of Mr Manoj Dani (Business Unit Head) & Dr Dhaval Bhatt (Project Head).

C. Quarter 1 Performance
(A): - From the new financial year 2008 2009 the centre had started to handle the financial activities. (B): - Started the raising the purchase order for all the departments from the Ahmedabad office. (C): - New vendor was set up for all the department locally market. (D): - Payment to the vendors was slightly became easy.

(A): - Finance Details: From the Arpil 2008 to September 2008 the total payment was done to the various vendors month wise: 1. April 2008: - Rs.419377.68/2. May 2008: - Rs.882260.09/3. June 2008: - Rs.317530.38/4. July 2008: - Rs.119654.35/5. August 2008: - Rs.608456.49/6. September 2008: - Rs.223650.75/The total payment was done upto the last month was Rs.2570929.74/- which includes the telephones bill, electricity bills and the rent for the premises.

The details for the electricity bill are as under: A. May 2008: - Rs.21072/ B. June 2008: - Rs.232428/ C. July 2008: - Rs.24875/ D. August 2008: - Rs.206548/ E. September 2008: - Rs.18705/-

The details for the telephone bill are as under: A. April 2008: - Rs.12134/ B. May 2008: - Rs.12136/ C. June 2008: - Rs.12134/ D. July 2008: - Rs.12135/ E. August 2008: - Rs.12135/-

(B): - Human Resource. From April 2008 to September 2008 nine new associates joined the Goldshield for the various post. 1. Kinjal Shah (IT Coordinator) 2. Dr Madhuri Lodwal (Health Assessor) 3. Rojan Joseph (Male Masseur) 4. Pinalkumar Shah (Front Office Executive) 5. Jalpa Patel (Front Office Executive) 6. Nachiket Jani (Marketing Executive) 7. Shaktisingh Shekhawat (Gym Instructor) 8. Payal Patel (Marketing Executive) 9. Mahesh Parmar (Gym Instructor) Above all the new joinees completion of all the documents was completed successfully.

From the organization 12 associates had left the company, they are as under: 1. Yesha Solanki 2. Ashvinkumar Parmar 3. Falguni Gandhi 4. Manish Hattimare 5. Dr Manisha Rao 6. Dr Dahivat Desai 7. Dr Ankur Dave 8. Bhumika Yadav 9. Ashokkumar Mehta 10. Dipal Soni 11. Dr Madhuri Lakwal 12. Shaktisingh Shkhawat. And we are successfully completed there settlement also.

(C). Facilities.

All the associates are covered under the various insurance policies taken by the company, few associates had taken the benefit of the policies are: 1. Ankit Bagariya: - Rs.24000/- (settled) 2. Vijay Nai: - Rs.50000/- (under process) 3. Pinalkumar Shah: - Rs.25000/- (under process) Identity card was issued to all the associates, Insurance for the entire premises was renewed and the details are as under: 1. Burglary Insurance: - Rs.6470614/2. Standard Fire & Special Perils Policy: - Rs.6470614/3. Electronic Equipment Insurance: - Rs.6470514/-

(D): - Legal / Licensing The inspection for all the type of license had been completed and some license also get renewed. All the associates ESIC form was submitted to get the benefit.

D. Plan to achieve
1. To put the control on the use of unnecessary electricity, telephone, etc. 2. To find the vendor for all the departments for providing the materials / services on time and properly. 3. The main thing is that to maintain the relation between the vendors. 4. Payments to the vendors on the given credit period. 5. To solve the problems for soft run of all the departments.

E. Support from the Centre Head.


We require the access in JP Code also so that it became easy for maintain the various expenses The clear vision of Mr Pratik Parikh to make the centre as the pilot centre for that he had help us in the various way and looking towards for the same in the future
