A teacher should possess patience, kindness, and love towards work
and to students. A teacher must respect, understand, and know the
differences between each student but should not compare each other and ‘’What is your personal

Gruwell on how she changed each student physically, mentally,
emotionally, and socially, on how she unlocked the boundaries of each
student to other. The things I’ve mentioned above are characteristic of a
Multicultural teacher. By these, the teacher can bring each student to a
brighter future.
