3. What goes around comes around.
Good begets good, bad begets bad.

4 Conquer Greed by Generosity,
Charity and Service.
4 以慷慨、慈善和服务战胜贪婪。
“ Dana or Selfless Giving is a meritorious action.
It helps cut the Ego-Self on our Path for
Liberation”

5 Conquer Anger and Hatred by Loving-Kindness

“ Anger or Hate is a mental poison to mind and body.
It brings Dukkha in this life and future lives undoubtedly.”

6 Conquer Ignorance and Delusion
by developing Wisdom.

“ Having wrong views or not seeing things as they truly are
is a root cause for spinning in suffering Samsara.”

7 All are subjected to the 8 Worldly Winds of:
* Pleasure and Pain * Gain and Loss * Praise and Blame
* Honor and Ill-Fame
Learn to embrace whatever comes mindfully, peacefully and wisely.
7 世间八风:
快乐与痛苦 * 得与失 * 赞美与责备名誉与恶名学会用正念、平
静和明智地接受任何事情。
“ When virtue, tranquility and wisdom grow steadily,
we can cope with the ups and downs of life more peacefully.”
“ 当德、静、慧稳步增长时,

8 Train the mind to be in the NOW. Don’t dwell in the
Past or worry about the uncertain Future.
8 不要沉迷于过去,也不要担心不确定的未来。
“ The past is dead and gone, the future is yet to be.
Be Present, be mindful of mind, feelings and body.”

9 Live a virtuous, moral life for the mind to be free of
regret, remorse, guilt, worry and fear.

Keeping the moral precepts is important to have mental peace.”

10 Meditate to still the mind to SEE
the true nature of all things.

“We need to practice both tranquility and insight meditation.
This is to attain true happiness, peace and final Liberation.”
